Payment Methods

Ornamental Bride accepts payment through PayPal. MC, Visa, Discover, and American Express accepted through Paypal. Only US currency accepted at this time.

Taxes
Ornamental Bride will collect applicable sales tax as required by law.

All of your private information will be secure through SSL encryption throughout the shopping checkout process.

Shipping Information
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day. 

OBI offers Complimentary UPS Ground shipping (1-5 day) for delivery within the United States. 
We do offer the following expedited shipping options: 

UPS Next Day Air (By noon the next day) and UPS 2nd Day Air (By end of 2nd day) for faster delivery service at an extra cost.

We are able to ship most items within 3 business days of confirming your order, which requires verification of payment. However on customized orders, you should allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to be complete. Please contact us if you need a rush order.
Returns/Exchanges
  • PRE-APPROVAL OF ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IS REQUIRED. You must email us at jnez@ornamentalbride.com to request Return/Exchange Authorization and receive further instructions.
  • All return requests must be received within 3 business days from receipt of shipment.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
  • Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, unaltered and have all original tags attached.
  • Ornamental Bride does not accept return requests made after one's wedding date. Ornamental Bride does not accept returns post marked after one's wedding date.
  • Custom designed accessories and sale items are NOT RETURNABLE.
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 Please be aware that it may take your credit card company up to 30 days to post your refund.

 Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

For your protection, we suggest that you send your item(s) in a manner that requires a signature upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

It is the sole discretion of Ornamental Bride, Inc. to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements. Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
